Student Timetables *

For Lectures, Tests, Examinations, Supplementary examinations
please follow the steps below:

  • Go to www.up.ac.za
  • Click on MyTUKS Login
  • Please log in with your 'u' username
  • The UP STUDENT PORTAL will open
  • On the "Student Centre" Portlet click on Student Centre
  • Click on Timetables
  • The following selections are available from the dropdown:
    • View All Lectures
    • View All Exams
    • View All Supplementaries
    • View All Tests

The Export Exam Timetable is available here

 The steps above are only applicable to registered students.

Timetables for staff use

For Lectures, Tests, Examinations, Supplementary examinations
please follow the steps below:

  • Go to www.up.ac.za
  • Click on MyTUKS Login
  • Please log in with your "p" or  'u' username
  • The UP STAFF PORTAL will open
  • On the "PeopleSoft Campus Solutions" Portlet click on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
  • Click on Module Lookup
  • Enter the Term (e.g. 2019)
  • Enter the Subject Area (e.g. EKN) {Or lookup}
  • Enter the Catalog Nbr (e.g. 123) {Or lookup} and Click Next
  • The following selections are available for the Module from the dropdown:
    • Exam
    • Lecture
    • Supplementary
    • Test

 The steps above are only applicable to UP Staff.

 

 

* It is essential that the examination timetables must be consulted two weeks prior to the commencement of the examinations, in order to ascertain whether any changes or ammendments have been effected.

* If any module for which you are enrolled, does not appear on this examination timetable, it may be that the relevant module clashes with another module, u>also consult the General Exam Timetable. Determine whether you are indeed registered for the module. Should this be the case, arrange with the department concerned for a special examination.
